Please note that once you receive tracking notifications to allow 3-10 days for tracking to synchronise on all platforms, attempting to check the tracking status prior will result in an error whilst the systems are being synchronised.
Please note that we require 1-3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 2-4 weeks. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
We may split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you’ll be notified and receive a tracking number for each shipment.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments, in this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

Oceania (includes Australia): 8 - 20 days
United Kingdom: 8 - 20 days
Other countries: 11 - 30 days
